Currently we are only shipping to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and ACT from the shoppping cart. Western Australian, South Australian and Northern Territory customers can contact us via email and a representative will contact you to process your order.
Delivery Ideally there should be someone present to sign for your bonsai tree when it arrives. If this cannot be arranged then a place should be indicated, when ordering, where the bonsai should be placed. Orders are generally delivered within 3 business days. If you require delivery of your goods on a certain date this can be arranged if indicated when ordering. A representative will contact you to arrange this. How your bonsai is packaged Buyabonsai.com.au has developed a special packaging system to ensure that your tree arrives safely. When you receive your bonsai tree or accessories they will come in a box that has Buyabonsai.com.au security tape on the top and bottom. When unpacking your bonsai tree please ensure that you open the box from the top which is indicated on the box. Inside the box your bonsai is safely packaged using bubble wrap and cable ties. To remove the bonsai tree carefully cut the cable ties and lift the bonsai tree out by its pot. Please keep all delivery materials for reuse if transport is ever necessary. Order Tracking Most orders are processed within 1-2 days with the intention of being delivered on the 3rd day. If you feel that your order has taken longer than three days to arrive please do not hesitate to contact us by email and a representative will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the status of your order. Order cancellations If you realise that you have made an error with your order please contact buyabonsai.com.au immediately. Most orders will be cancelable before the goods are taken by the courier for delivery. After the goods have been accepted by the courier the order cannot be cancelled. Damaged Items Customers should examine the delivery box for any obvious signs of damage before accepting the goods. If there are obvious signs of damage to the box it should not be accepted and you should indicate to the courier that it needs to be returned to the sender. Return Procedures If you feel that the quality of the product you receive is not of the quality that you expected you may be able to return the product in certain circumstances. Once you become aware of a default please contact us via email and a representative will contact you to explain the relevant return procedures. |
